Fjerdingstad Trevarefabrikk AS was established in 1949 as a family-owned business, and is currently run by the third generation Fjerdingstad. The factory is centrally located in the town Hokksund, 65 km west of Oslo. The factory buildings currently cover an area over 7000 sq.metres, making Fjerdingstad the largest window manufacturer in the region.

The Fjerdingstad factory is a long standing manufacturer of the Norwegian H-window system. The manufacture is based on substantial know-how built up through the years. In the later years, the H-window system has undergone a radical product development in design as well as technically, in order to meet customer expectations.
